A comic two-act film with Western elements, based on an escape from the madhouse. Bob Kane is unemployed and starving. Looking for work, he meets Peggy and her sister Margaretha, who are camping out in nature. A number of patients have escaped from a nearby asylum; the two women assume Bob is one of them, and he assumes the same of them. One of the women goes to get help, but when Bob is picked up, one of the real patients appears. After a chase, the patients are rounded up, and Bob can finally get acquainted with the two ladies.
